SELBY SIGNS BIG LEASE IN SOUTH DAYTONA

 DWIGHT SELBY, CCIM, CEO of SELBY REALTY, INC. is pleased to announce he has successfully completed the lease of 3100 S. RIDGEWOOD AVE UNIT 180 in South Daytona, Florida. Unit 180 contains 29,280 square feet of space which includes approximately 2,000 square feet of office space and 27,280 square feet of open space with 24’ ceiling height. Industrial Opportunity, LLC, the Landlord, was exclusively represented in this multi-year transaction by Selby.

 BRIAN FURBER is the Tenant for this the last remaining large space in this 280,000 square foot complex which features a mix of companies including Daytona Food Supply, Vance Leathers, Americrown, KEDA, Gold Star Ballroom, JBE Enterprises and Consolidated Tire.   The complex is part of the South Daytona Business Park and is located one block west of US 1 at Venture Drive in South Daytona.
