The seller, TLC PROPERTIES, was exclusively represented by Selby Realty. The buyer is HUNTER PROPERTIES, INC. of Omaha Nebraska. The sale price was $204,000 or $39 per square foot. The property consists of a 5,226 sf warehouse/retail building on a lot measuring more than one half acre with approximately 200’ of frontage and 120’ of depth.
