DWIGHT SELBY CCIM and CEO of Selby Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the real property located at 830 Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida. The seller, YRC Inc., was represented by Dwight Selby at Selby Realty. The buyer is 810 JIMMY ANN, LLC. The sale price was $350,000 or $54 per square foot of building or just under $2 per square foot of land area. The property consists of 4.32 acres with a 6,520 sf office/warehouse building. 810 JIMMY ANN, LLC is the owner of record of the adjoining All Aboard Storage self-storage facility.

 “This was a challenging property to sell because it is relatively small building – less than 7,000 sf – designed for the special purpose of a trucking transfer facility on a large site encompassing more than 4.3 acres,” commented Selby. “We are pleased to have negotiated a transaction with a user who values the improvements at a value acceptable to the seller,” Selby added.
